All payments will be made in euros. The amount charged to your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card association. The buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). The buyer is informed of the Purchase Terms when submitting each order, and by submitting the order confirms that they are familiar with these terms.
Online ticket purchases are irrevocable
Before confirming the order, the buyer is obliged to carefully check all purchase details (purchase date and amount, ticket type, number of tickets, etc.). After the purchase of tickets, which in the online store is completed immediately after clicking “Payment”, changes to the purchase or cancellation of the purchase are no longer possible. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, we do not refund money for an already purchased ticket; however, the ticket can be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
Legal basis for excluding the right to unilateral termination of the contract
