Terms, Complaints and Claims

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may submit a written complaint by post or by email. Rudan d.o.o. will respond to all comments and complaints within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the complaint or comment. Within this period, the seller is obliged to provide the buyer with a written or oral response to the submitted complaint. In the complaint, the buyer must provide their contact details (first and last name, address, telephone number or email address) and an exact description of the event / complaint.

Rudan d.o.o. strives, to the best of its ability, to resolve disputes, comments and complaints amicably.
